JLT-67591 (hereinafter “PVM”) informs you that the personal data (hereinafter “Personal Data”) provided to PVM through the contact form or through e-mail will be collected and processed under the control of PVM in compliance with the following:

It can also be necessary for the management of your account or question that some of the Personal Data are transferred to third countries where other PVM Group companies or PVM partners are located. In those cases, the transfer will only be made in compliance with the applicable data protection laws.

After that, the Personal Data will be only kept as long as it is necessary to comply with any legal regulation that may impose on PVM the obligation to keep the Personal Data for a longer period of time.

PVM informs that you have right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your Personal data, or restriction or objection to processing, as well as the right to data portability or to withdraw the consent given by addressing to PVM a written communication to Perfetti Van Melle Export Middle East & Africa DMCC, with registered office address at 3501 Saba Tower 1, Cluster E, Jumeirah Lakes tower, Dubai, UAE or by sending an email to ccr.storemanager@perfettivanmelle.com to the attention of the Data Protection Office.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner.
g. Accuracy of the Data and mandatory fields
In each of the aforesaid data collection forms (as applicable), it is necessary that you fill in the fields marked as "mandatory” by way of “*". We also remind you that is necessary to provide accurate and updated Personal Data so that the information contained in our files is always up-to-date and without errors. Failure to fill in, partially or erroneously fill in the required personal data could mean that PVM cannot process the data for the purposes referred above.
